BANGKOK: -- WHILE THE reconciliation preparation committee met the first group of invited political parties yesterday, Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha released his own summary on past reform and reconciliation recommendations to guide the newly established committees.

Prayut said he had read the book written by renowned Thai historian Wichitwong na Pompetch, as well as other reconciliation study papers done in the past and saw similar points to his own thinking that he wished to point out. What I could find:

Khabuankan Serithai Kap Wirakam Kuchat (Seri Thai and National Liberation). Bangkok: Thammasat University, 2012 ???

Listed as a reference in Chapter XI. The Studies of Thailand - Japan Relations in the Context of Japanese Presence in Thailand during World War II, by Nongluk Limisiri.

And carefully avoided plagiarizing the works of others? Hopefully he at least gave credit to the works on his summary.
