90 day reporting exempt with Thai Pink ID Card

Featured Replies

A friend just sent this to me, anybody hear anything about this?

"Another pink card/yellow book question.

I've just been to Sunbelt to ask a few questions.

One was about this subject, and they told me that if you have a yellow book you will soon not need to do 90

reporting, and if you have a pink Id card you do not need to do 90 day reporting already."

I find that this is probably untrue, but he says the lawyer told him, "It is law. And cannot be changed by regional authorities"

Not correct at all.

The yellow book and/or  the pink ID card does not exempt you from doing 90 day reports.

Only those on permanent residency are exempt from doing them.

The yellow house book and pink ID card are irrelevant to someone's immigration status. It's not going to happen.

But would be nice....
