Roxy01 Posted February 17, 2017 Share Posted February 17, 2017 I've set up a thai registered company with foreign part owner Company has been registered about 3 years no debts or liabilities I believe these types of companies are even harder to set up now due to changes in thai law Initially I set this up to buy and own a business in Thailand however plan changed I'm living in Melbourne.
