Sooo Upto Me
Hi, if I decide to stay in my condo in Pattaya will a copy of my chanote be ok for proof of address for residence letter? Or does it have to be the original & will I need a electric or water bill which I won't have in time? Thx in advance.

KhunBENQ
Maybe it helps if you state for which purpose you need the residence letter (proof of residence)? Are you currently staying on a Non-0 visa?

ubonjoe
If you are here on an extension based upon retirement and obtained it a Jomtien immigration it should be easy to get a certificate of residence. A copy ot the Chanote should be enough to prove your residence.
JaiLai
Does n't a chanote purely prove you own the property and not necessarily live there?
