any idea how much a taxi would cost from the airport to The Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok

88 Rong Muang, Patumwan, Bangkok 10330 Thailand very near MBJ shopping center. since we will arrive at night I have no idea how to know if we are taking a direct route even if we are on meter.

Go upstairs to the departure lounge. There are taxis outside only too happy to pick somebody up. Watch out that he turns the meter on. And be a bit quick, there are watchdogs there that want to force the taxis go downstairs, to pay and join the mafia.

Don't know how much but could be around 250-300.
