Thai Police clearance

Hi everyone,

Im French, in the process of permanent residency in Canada. The Canadian Immigration came back to me asking for a police clearance because I went to Thailande a couple of time.
I have 60 days (started yesterday) to send them a scan copy (the Immigration is not asking for the original) of a Thai police clearance.

I have all the documents the Royal Thai Police is asking for, I already processed the bank transfer for the police clearance's fees.

Before to send my documents to the mail address I got on the website, I just have few questions :

- does anyone already done this before? is it safe? How long is it taking to get the police clearance (I have nothing against me in Thailande)?

I have a quick look on the internet and I found a couple of agencies which can do it for me and a really shorter time but it's kind of expensive. I am not against it if it can guaranty me my police clearance but I just need to know if this is safe to deal with these agencies? do you have any agency to recommend?
