SRI RACHA: -- Police and medics rushed to a room in Sri Racha where they found a man bleeding profusely from a wound to his neck.

Thirty year old Wichit Laoreun was lying in a pool of blood on the floor in the apartment in Surasak sub-district and was rushed to a local hospital. Daily News reported.

His wife Suphaporn Meuangchalerm, 44, was arrested. Both husband and wife had been drinking heavily.

The wife said that her husband kicked her but she let the matter go. When he did it a second time she lost her temper and attacked him with some scissors to the neck.

Police were waiting until the pair got over their drunkenness before interviewing them a second time to get to the bottom of the matter.

In the meantime the wife was detained by Sri Racha police.

Lucky man surviving that, he not in jail?

When my ex attacked me with a knife, i got jailed.

Pleasantly surprised to see the wound was to the neck. From the headline, I thought it was going to be a John Bobbett jobby.

I thought it might be another feeding the ducks story when I saw the headline.

good on her. He might think twice before kicking his wife again.

som nam naa tough boy.

Same old, same old, at least once a week, just can't handle the booze ...

Btw, how many times you read something like this from folks on weed ...?!

SSDD...more drunks

Classy people. If in doubt claim domestic abuse.

You're assuming he actually kicked her. 1st rule for violent woman, claim domestic abuse, after all a lady wouldn't lie, would she?

I dont think that's what he meant with the intention of going home for a chop up

i say no more as I have posted in great detail about my experiences earlier but it can be "sporty"
