CMKiwi
Like a ban is going to stop anybody....SSDD, and TIT. And fat lot of difference it's going to make by keeping the kids inside. They will still get the same pollution levels inside their rickety homes one would think.... but at least they won't be able to start the fires! Maybe that's the aim? Nothing changes fast in relation to the burning season.

cyberfarang
Unless a home has it`s doors, windows and ceilings completely sealed with air con and air purifiers running 24 hours a day, then the air quality inside the home will be almost as bad as it is outside the home. According to the report; we can all expect to be choked to death from mid April.

There are health risks for everyone, risks which would be substantially reduced if the authorities did their job and enforced a full-time ban on slash-burn. 55Jay
If just staying inside doesn't work, try hiding under a desk. Works for nuclear attack, ought to work for haze. Edited March 14, 2017 by 55Jay
