What a disappointment that was today. Hortiasia had a few interesting displays but nothing exciting or new. The main ones I had interest in had no thai distributors. Talking to some company reps from abroad there isnt much interest in the market here in thailand due to the customs/import problems and a few other things I wont talk about. Agritech was, I dont know what the purpose of it was, they had nothing on display to speak of. I didnt even see Kubota. I didnt go over to VIV as I have no interest in animal farming, but it couldnt have got much worse. 

I went out on Friday early afternoon and was surprised that a few booths had already packed up and others were in the process of packing. 

Overall, I was really disappointed with the Agritech section.

The Horti part was better, but I expected to find information on various plants (fruit anf veggies) but that was very, very sparse. 

Picked up some info about greenhouses and grow media, which was what I really wanted.

Hopefully it will continue to grow and attract more and more exhibitors and visitors.
