janpaulsen
Someone has "borrowed" my new Samsung J2 Prime - Android phone and I can not get the hold of this "someone" or the phone. I have the imei number, but I don´t want to involve police to track it. Is there a way to track it that I can do by my computer myself ? Thanks ... ravip
I doubt you can track it yourself without the help of the law.

edwinchester
I had a phone stolen and AIS said they could track it with the IMEI but also said they required a police request to go ahead.
JaiMaai
You may be able to track through your Google account but I think you will have had to set it up on your phone beforehand. I think iy also needs to be connected to the net. https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager?hl=en&u=
