I Need some fast Infos from the experts please

(male, swiss, - 32 years)

 

On 31. march  my Company will chancel my work Permit and inform the immigration too.

At the Moment i got a Non Immi O-Thai Wife Visa and used the Company tax paper  (40.000 THB income per month) the last 2 years to extend my visa.

 

Curently my visa is valid until december 2017. But. Will it be chanceled together with the work Permit?

Or do I have time until December to get the 400.000 THB to extend it?

Your extension of stay based on marriage will be valid until December.

• They can't cancel your permit to stay and, as said, it remains valid until December.
• You will need to have 400K in your bank for at least two months before you apply for another extension.
