That's not defamation, it's just pointing the finger at the idiot that behave as an idiot!

You are assuming the legal standard for defamation is the same here as in the west.  In the west, truth is an absolute defense to defamation (unless the clip is altered to change it).  In Thailand truth is not necessarily an absolute defense -- and posting a clip that has the intent of making the individual lose face or do harm -- can be considered defamation.

she seems to have forgotten that it was her privilege to get served at that station. at least it's clear enough who the stupid one was in this regular episode of thai drama. her stress level suggest that she must be getting a lot of nothing.

They really do have serious anger issues bubbling away just ready to explode over nothing.

It's just as well she didn't have a gun.

"They?" Do you live in a bubble that allows you to see things in Thailand as bad and the action of an individual as typical for the entire population?

Do you ever read/watch international news? When it comes to people losing it in public as well as people resorting to guns, do you really think "they" are uniquely prone to acting foolishly/dangerously?

The reason this went viral and drew so much censure is because it is neither common behavior here nor is it accepted.

In the west this wouldn't even attract any attention unless there was a double digit body count.

Here's some calls for help received by police in UK

Quote

1. A woman called police to say she has just bought a kebab and it was cold.

2. Callers, who slept through their alarm and were going to be late for a flight, wanted officers to escort them to the airport.

3. A woman called stating that she was angry because she’d seen a clown in London selling balloons for £5 each.

4. Callers phoned in distress; they were driving and the low fuel indicator light had come on.
5. A man called to say that his 50p coin was stuck in a washing machine at his local launderette and wanted police to retrieve it.

Her smug face & body language speaks volumes....

a person who obviously thinks she stands 3 rungs above her actual position.. hope this video shared on social media has brought her back down to ground level.

They did "stop" selling the airblade here approx 5 years ago i still have my carby version ,though they are still exported to Vietnam. By the way the fuel filler is down by the left foot not so hard to find actually .

The Thai storm in a teacup has been passed on to the farang teacup.

Not really.  It's big news in the Thai world.  Just another silly Thai story for foreigners (farang?).

So basically she was in charge of a vehicle she didn't understand.

The handbook states before riding you should understand all functions of the vehicle.

She is at fault full stop. She'd look a right ninny in my home country, the UK. Self service there.

This woman is wrong on so many levels, but then we are experiencing Thai woman's logic. Thai logic is bad enough.
