iancnx
I have driven here fully comp insurance for ten years without a claim. Any ideas regarding getting a certificate of no claims from A Thai insurer that would be accepted by a UK insurer? Any advice or guidance would be appreciated. Crossy
Some years back (before moving to Thailand) I was loaded 15% on the premium because I'd been driving overseas (I was truthful when they asked why I'd had no UK insurance for 5 years). Up2U how to handle this, but I doubt you'll be getting a premium reduction
7by7
Indeed; it's up to the individual insurance company whether they will accept this or not; so you'd need to shop around. But I doubt that you'll find one who does.
trigpoint
I wouldn't mention that I lived and drove in Thailand, most likely they would refuse or load the quote, happened to me after 3 years in New Zealand.Sent from my B3-A30 using Thaivisa Connect mobile app
