Looking for recent pricing/experience with shipping a 20 foot container from Bangkok to the US (Florida).

 

I'll  use a local company here in Phuket to do some minimal packing, and truck everything up to the port at Laem Chabang. Knowing the actual cost of the ocean freight will help me determine whether quotes I get for packing, shipment and other fees are reasonable. I've done LTL (less than load) from the US to Thailand, and from other SE Asian countries to the US, but never a full container, which I assume would be much cheaper than cubic meter rates.

 

Any info on shipping a container to the US would be appreciated.
