BEIJING (Reuters) - Britain will lose more than the European Union from its decision to leave the bloc, the EU's top diplomat said on Thursday, and talks with London were expected to be difficult.

BMA backs away from street food ban, but adds conditions

BANGKOK: -- Street food vendors in Bangkok will still be allowed in small alleys and designated areas, but they have to be properly managed to prevent negative impacts on other people, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has announced.

Democracy activist subjected to 'attitude adjustment' after plaque complaint

Cannabis use in Thailand began long before smoking Thai stick became popular with the hippies of the ‘60s. Historically, cannabis was used as a medicine and hemp to make everything from textiles to hand wraps for Muay Thai fighters, before Western boxing glove were adopted in the 1920s. It was also a popular condiment and once a key ingredient in boat noodles. It was criminalized in 1937, when what would become a world war on drugs was dreamed up in the United States, with Cannabis suddenly presented as a dangerous, foreign influence.

Health minister says 5 billion baht fund is just a temporary reprieve

Pilot forced to drop animal due to windy weather: Ministry

NRSA considers ethical violation by member in alleged assault

The National Reform Steering Assembly (NRSA) will convene on Monday to consider an alleged ethical violation against member Anusawn Chirapongse, who has been accused of physically attacking a waiter by knuckling his head in a restaurant in mid-March.
