Peterw42 Posted April 21, 2017 Share Posted April 21, 2017 Your phone can connect to local Vietnamese wifi for internet, if you set up roaming your thai sim can use the Vietnamese cellular network for calls and internet, this can be very expensive. Do I understand you well, connecting to the wifi of my hotel I will be able to use the Internet and Internet based e-mail through my cell phone without a local sim card?
