I believe there is another thread out there that says METVs are only done out of the embassies, DC f for sure. I am not sure if the Los Angeles embassy will do it. BritTim Posted April 22, 2017 Share Posted April 22, 2017 No. The Miami consulate is an honorary consulate, and honorary consulates are not empowered to issue METVs.
