JHFM
Hi All My Thai retirement visa expires 3 days before I return to Thailand. Would that be a problem and if so what can be done about it. Thanks Frank
Doiger
If it's expired then you don't have a visa. you will need to start again Edited April 27, 2017 by Doiger

jeab1980
Seems you have an extension based on retirement forget the non helpfully post above. Not a lot you can do if it expires before you return. You will just have to start the process all over again. If you can get a non o wherever you are it would be easier. Then start your extension over when you return if not. You will have to apply for a change from whatever visa or visa exempt you have to a non o here in Thailand two trips to bkk or certain immigration offices can process it for you.
