If you get desperate I know a guy but he only pays 15 satang per baht.

Another notch on the belt of don't purchase real estate in Thailand unless you can walk away from it.

Why not try ThaiVisa Property..?

Never sell if you're in a hurry . I spent 6 months selling my unit and came out break even . Didn't make a profit but was lucky to find a buyer.
