Currently looking for a new mobile phone I've found this ad:

I send them an email and asked for a Nokia N93/N95 which seems cheap to me in their ad.

I've send them many emails and they always are answering, even yesterday they tried to phone to me.

They suggest I should use WESTERN UNION for my payment, but I have zero experience with WU.

Is it true that a payment through WU is secured by a secret question?

What would mean only when I've received my correct order I will send them my secret answer to get the money from WU.

Would like to hear your opinions or even better some experience with that mentioned company.

Yes, it is a scam , and mostlikely originates from nigeria too....

Yes, better not to send them your money....and you will end up with nothing at the end.

Maybe if you want to buy a phone you could look locally or perhaps a online store such as tohome.com

The scammer foots print is all over the place and don’t be tempted or you be their meats.

The great thing about Western Union from a scammer's point of view is that once they have your money, there's absolutely no way you can get it back. Even Ebay advises against using Western Union. To echo others here: it's a scam.

Just to reinforce others' views, it's a scam: the advertiser uses a hotmail address, gives a mobile phone number, and the address (Gabriel House, SE11 6AL) is a flat on a grotty sink estate in London.

Now they are calling to me and I am starting to play with them a bit.

Their verbal English reminds me at some tailor touts here in Phuket.........

You Know what they say. If to seems to good to be true it usually is. Do not get ripped off. Go to any mall and check out the prices there.
