My son arrives tomorrow from abroad, he has an extension of stay and a reentry permit . My question is how do I report this to Immigration when my wife won't be back for another week, the house is in her Thai name , the rule says 24 hours and obviously I don't have a rental contract as we are married, what paperwork do I need to prepare more than TM 30 form?. appreciate recommendations / Regards

You should be able to do  the TM30 form since you are married to the owner. Copy of wife's house book and ID card attached to it.
