I have seen a palm treo 650 being sold in Chiang Mai for 5900 baht. The seller says that he is selling it cheaply because it is locked and does not come with the software. I am pretty sure the lack of software is not a big issue as i can download it from the palm website. Unlocking it is my only concern. Is there anywhere in Thailand which can unlock palm treos?

I read a thaivisa post where a person couldn't find a place to unlock a blackberry. It was posted quite a while ago so I am hoping that things have changed since then.
