I have been requested to get it translated from my Embassy, however I am not from Phills. Can I still do this at the Phills Embassy in BKK even if I am not Filipino. You can translate it by yourself. Translate documents has to look like original document. - eg photo or name has to placed at the same spot as on original. Then go to embassy.
