Can I get the visa?

Featured Replies

Hi

I applied for a non b visa in March and I got a void stamp.  I am planning to come to Thailand on a tourist visa, is it possible to get a tourist visa this month?

Yes, if you meet the requirements of the embassy or consulate where you are applying.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

Thank you,  I wanted to be sure before applying. I don't want another void stamp on my passport.

There is not enough information in your post to give you a proper answer:

1) At which consulate did you apply for a Non-B Visa?

2) What was the purpose of applying for a Non-B Visa - Employment or Business Trip?

3) Did you provide all the necessary documents when applying for the Non-B visa?

Short answer: Yes, there is a high chance that you will get another void stamp for a TR visa application,

having already been 'rejected' for a Non-B visa

Important question: what is your nationality? That has a huge effect on your chances of being issued a visa. Also, as noted above, if your application for a Non B was for employment in Thailand, you may be in for a rough ride. There is a real risk you are going to be suspected of the intention to work illegally.
