KANCHANABURI: -- A trash separation facility in Kanchanaburi was officially opened Wednesday by Maj-Gen Narongphan Chitkaewtae, commander of First Division of the Royal Guards.

.

Good, now we need one in about every district.

.

Definitely need one on Koh Samui. How about the 5 star resorts starting the ball rolling.

The brief report states that it is a garbage 'separation facility .......to get rid of about one million tonnes of garbage' ....... yet does not explain what it actually does.

Let's suppose that it separates metal and plastic waste, how then is it got rid of.

I call BS. Another machine that will die from lack of maintenance and spare parts and lack of financial support.

Can it separate submarines from tanks?
