90 day report in addition to marriage extension?

Featured Replies

Sorry if this has been asked before, I did my marriage extension recently and have to go back to have it finalised at the end of this month. My next 90 day is middle of this month but last time I did it (in person) they crossed out the date as my 1 year extension was due before then, do I still need to a 90 day report even though Im in the middle of my marriage extension approval period?

thanks

Applying for an extension does not change your 90 day reporting date unless immigration does a new one when you apply for the extension.

You need to do the report since the report date was not changed.

the 90 day is not that painful; we do it successfully by mail (EMS) ; when in doubt just do it

You can do the report up to 7 days after the report date including that day in the count.

What about the IOs that do not accept mail, or online posting? This is Thailand, and they all just do what they like.
