Yep. Just another indicator of how unpopular this mall is, how it's dying. ;)

 

They should do something about this at some point. I've parked there twice. Well, it's convenient to an entrance.

It's probably not that popular with the monied classes, but it certainly seems like peons on motorcycles are increasing in number, hence the need to open this section. I think they should tether a couple of buffaloes there just to give it a rural flavour for the Chinese tourists. After all, they sometimes have goats inside the mall. :passifier:

I wonder if Harbor Mall will respond and advise us if this motorcycle parking area is going to be cleaned up and concreted, with some form of roofing to protect bikes and riders. If I'm forced to park in this area as it is, because every other spot is full, then stuff it -- off to Big C.
