I would like to buy a condo in a building where the foreign quota is already filled.

 

How can I get around it? I do not want to start a company to by the property, is there any other way to do it?

Short answer is No, but you can always look for a foreign title resale in the block or get the condo management to contact you if allocation becomes available.
