Specialist for lymph-drain massage after surgery???

Wouldn't walking be the best solution? That's how the body usually works.

Obviously I don't know what surgery you had or your mobility.

However, not mobilising after surgery usually leads to complications. We had them up asap after even major surgery, unless ordered not to by the Dr.

I worked on a surgical ward for 4 years and never once had to provide such.

Are you able to tell us what your surgery was?

I just checked on google about it, and the potential side effects are significant. I hope that you are aware of them and are not in the category that should not have it.

I had surgery in a Thai private hospital, and they didn't inform me of any of the potential side effects. I already knew of them because of my job, but seems that Thai Drs aren't into keeping patients informed.
