New ED Visa application but missed 90 Day report - Process?

Featured Replies

My son will go to CW tomorrow for a new ED Visa application, he has all the forms from School.

However we have missed his last 90 Day report.

So when he goes to CW tomorrow, I was wondering what the process should be....

Fix the 90 Day report first and pay the fine, then get into the new ED Visa queue?

Or Go straight for the ED Visa process and then 90 Day queue after that?

Lastly, looking at the Immig site, it is not so clear to me as to which Immig Form he needs to fill for the ED Visa?

Thanks

I assume you asking about applying for an extension of stay (it is not a visa) based upon attending school for your son.

It will not matter which you do first. Your son should not be fined 2000 baht for a late 90 day report if he is under 15 years old unless they fine you for not doing it for him.

All extension of stay applications are applied for by submitting a TM7 form.

Thanks Joe, always spot-on information. Appreciated.
