The title is registered with the Land Office in the 49% farang portion. Unfinished inside. I need an active agent to help me sell as I am living in Bangkok. Any suggestions or interest, please private me. Thank you. Remember you can list with multiple agents as their are no exclusivity agreements in Pattaya (or you need not sign one).
