Technical College student shot, injured in Nonthaburi

NONTHABURI: -- A Technical College student was shot and injured in Nonthaburi province early Thursday, police said.

 

The injured student, Wanapoj Phuluanglua, 23, was however in police custody at the Phranangklao Hospital after he was found to be in possession of a homemade gun and some marijuana.

 

He was shot in the abdomen and had to undergo an operation to remove the bullet.

 

He was admitted sent to the hospital at 2am by a motorcyclist who told hospital officials that Wanapoj was shot once by a group of youngsters while the two were riding their motorcycle on the Nonthaburi bypass road.

 

Wanapoj’s friend left the hospital immediately after delivering him there.

Ahhh...the gang wars back again. I used to see these morons running after each other swinging chains on Ramkhamhaeng Road...it seems they have graduated to better weapons.
