We know US, UK and Aus embassies don't give the income letter so which countries do? OP you want people to state embassy income letter is an option but you haven't even stated your own country to help your fellow citizens to know about it -

Don’t kill the golden goose! Tax reforms may drive away expats
You missed the point. The IRS provides for certain allowances and deductions, as well as special rates on specific types of income, that Thailand does not recognize. Forget the 'taxable' amount after Thai deductions and allowances. This is about total assessable income. Assessable income under worldwide taxation will be all your income streams, disregarding IRS deductions and allowances. The DTA may cover certain types of pensions, but it does not include the IRS standard deduction, it does not include offsetting losses against gains, and it does not include IRS tax brackets on particular income streams. MY annual return ($0 due to IRS on $15K interest/dividends and $45 LTCG) will result in a $10,000 tax liability to Thailand on 2 million baht income, every year, with zero tax credit on my US return. That's assuming no losses were taken against capital gains, in which case the tax bill increases. Your kilometerage may vary. -

Everyone seems to forget...
There are two methods to satisfy financial requirements for extensions from a non O based on retirement and marriage. One is "funds in bank method" The other is "income method" Income method can be used both with embassy letter and without.. The only issue for folk without embassy letter you need to show 12 months of transfers already in bank account to do extension based on retirement (or marriage) UK, USA, AU citizens used income method. This is discussed often. In fact I'm currently changing from funds in bank to income.. In November I will show immigration that I BOTH satisfied money in bank method and ALSO 12 monthly transfers. Ongoing will be using income method. Meaning to maintain funds in Thai bank account. My reason (off topic) is to have zero funds tied up in Thailand to avoid providing WILL to make things easy for long term partner. -

I'm not sure it needs to for a contractual dispute. I'm thinking it would be more like just handing over the contract and the judge takes it from there requiring proof of payment or hearing a defense against it. -

In many establishments, there's a tip box on the counter somewhere. It's highly visible (try running off with it!) and maybe the best place to anonymously or otherwise drop your 20 THB note. If I tip a masseuse I'll always give it to her personally, er, I mean the tip. And so on.- 1
