State of local business debt

Interesting thread. I always show the Mrs clips of young thai bashing old lady because of debt owed first 2 years. I think it has sunk in. As for living by family that's a major mistake in most cases and her family are no different but they are debt free so not all bad and they seem to be very open to us leaving there city for a better quality of life and they show no signs of upping sticks themselves. A lad was building a house plot over the road from them 2 years ago and it looked promising with rood and foundations in place on aproximately 70 talang wah of land but then he lent 50 baht off her brother and he has vanished for a year now and the house is just a bush with a roof
