Help with flying my fiance with our dog from BKK to Ohio

Hello, so my fiance and I finally got approved for K-1!  My next task is to find out which airlines will fly pets.  Can anyone share any experiences with me on what airline company is the best and most affordable?  The airlines that people from Thailand are suggesting to my fiance are outrageously priced.  Lufthansa being one that has flights for 200,000 baht, <deleted>??  Thanks in advance if anyone can help.  Our dog is 14 years old, I haven't seen her in 1.5 years.  We just found out a few weeks ago that she has oral melanoma and I hope to see her again
