With all the ground shaking going on the top Nth/West of Thailand can someone tell me if the ground is moving up or down ???

I would like to formally apologise to the OP. It's my fault because sometimes I get too wild in bed which causes those earth tremous. To answer your question, the ground goes both up AND down in alternation.
