I have had retirement visa's for 12 years,but due to a stupid oversight i forgot a return permit can i get a new retirement visa?

I assume you have a 30 day visa exempt entry not a 15 day entry from a visa on arrival application.

You can apply for another extension of stay  (it is not a visa) based upon retirement at immigration after getting a 90 day non immigrant visa (category O) entry either by apply for a conversion to it at immigration or applying for a single entry non-o visa at a nearby embassy or consulate.

To apply for the visa at immigration you will need at least 15 days remaining on your 30 day entry or the 30 day extension of it. You will need to meet the same financial requirements needed for the extension application except the money in the bank only has to be in the bank on the date your apply.

Not all immigration offices can accept the application for the visa. Where are you located?
