For my Non-O extension I need a rental contract and a copy of my landlord's ID and Tabien Baan. Must this be the Tabien Baan of the condo I rent or the landlord's primary Tabien Baan?

It would be for the condo but if they are not registered in it some proof of ownership would be needed.

What would the proof of ownership be? My landlord is reluctant to do anything so I must spell everything out for him.

A copy of the chanote for the condo would be immigration's preferred proof.

Is their name on the electric and/or the water bills. Those might be accepted.
