 I have noticed some of the local motocy riders wearing something like detached elastic sleeves on their arms - intended to cover your skin when wearing a short sleeve and riding a scooter or a motorbike in the sun.

 

 Anyone know where I can get those? Ideally would like to buy an anti-pollution bike mask in the same place.

A serious investment: sleeves were 25 THB, mask 5 THB.
