Remo
Hi there, I have a question on behalf of my wife, does anyone know a western hairdresser that can help fix a botched coloring job. Why western? well she knows there are popular hairdressers used by the expat women of Chiang Mai but she has been to three of them, as she is trying to get this fixed she just wants to be make sure the person dealing with it understand what needs to be fixed from the ouset. If anyone has any suggestions or even knows an expat hairdresser who is not working here but would help out. thanks in advance
