Anyone know what this is and if/how it will affect resident farangs & tourists?

Folks in the photo look like they have never had a nice day in their lives....Do they honestly think tourists will go along with this or do they just not care about the lively hoods of others...? Meaning pub and restaurant owners....

One is reversible if you realize you've made an error in judgment.

 

The other, not so much. 

 

Throwing out the idea of suicide so flippantly- not a great idea, even in jest.  Alcohol abuse and the wreckage it makes of millions of lives every year is confusing enough for the people affected- including friends and family and innocent bystanders.

 

If you are weak with problems you kill yourself, and yes I have had several people I have known who did it. My statement was referral to how the group on a whole is so unpleasant looking, and that would be sooo much better than having to hang with them. Flippant depends on your definition. If I offended you then sorry. Other non flippant side is alcohol is a better friend that they could be.
