When going from the roundabout in Phala towards Payuun, you will see some huge buildings under construction. They are on the cliff above the small soi that runs along the beach. Not far from Boardwalk, Crossroads and the Nelson. Does anyone know what those will be or who the owner is ?

Looks like Condo blocks to me.

If so the rooms dont look exactly massive unless the WC's are going to be land side. Seemed to go up quickly but looks like slowing down a bit now.

This project reminds me of a few years back, when the military run hotel on the beach was being built. 

Facing them from the road the one on the left does look very hotel like with the big double stair and large entrance way.
