I am currently on a non o marriage with a work permit.

 

I will be going to apply for an extension this month. I would like to get my extension based on being a parent ( no need to keep 400.000 in bank for 2 months) not on marriage.

 

Will my work permit still be valid with non o extension as a parent ,rather than non o matriage?

If you are married I doubt immigration will allow you to do this.

Anyway, marriage visa or being parent of Thai, U have to keep 400000 baht in bank or show income from yr work.
