i have a visa non-immigrant O based on marriage with multi-entry. I will need some advices if it s possible because i have to go out of the country every 90 days or less...

I would like to know if i can go to the border in mae sai /tachilek every time that i need... so it means 4 or 5 times by year ? Because i read online they say we can make a visa run only 2 times by year so i wanted to know if it s "unlimited" to do that or not...

Moreover when i go to the border do i need to have a stamp from tachilek or i can just in and out from the thai s border ?

you can go as many times as you like to any border. the visa run 2 times rule is for tourist only. you just have to walk out and stamp straight in

ubon joe would probably be the best to confirm your particular case and border but that's the way I understand it

You do know you can get a 60 day extension based on visiting wife with every 90 day stamp. Giving you 150 days in country on every new 90 day entry. These are got at your local immigration office. You must take your wife along with you. A TM 7 form. Passport and copies of as normal.  Copies of Your wifes tabien and her entry page in it and her ID card.

1900bht. Hence your non o is worked out correctly can give you 17 months

 

The 2 entries per calendar year rule at land border crossings is only for visa exempt entries. If you have a valid visa for entry it does not apply.

No problem to do your entries at Mai Sai.
