The Mondulkiri provincial court yesterday sentenced a Dutch national to two years imprisonment for aiding his Vietnamese boyfriend, who was sentenced to 18 years imprisonment, flee the country after video of him torturing a boy surfaced online. Court spokesman Meas Bros said Stefan Struik, 53, was sentenced to two years imprisonment, while Nguyen Thanch Dung was sentenced to 18 years in absentia.

 

Mr Dung remains imprisoned in Vietnam, to where he fled after video of him using electric shocks to torture a two-year-old boy surfaced on Facebook in December 2016. Mr Bros added that Mr Struik was ordered to pay $1,000 in restitution to the victim’s family, while Mr Dung must pay nearly $20,000.

 

Sok Ratha, a provincial coordinator with rights group Adhoc, said that the victim has recovered and is now living with his family. Cambodian courts have already asked Vietnam to extradite Mr Dung, but there is no formal extradition treaty between the countries.

2 GAY guys..... Torturing a 2 year old and videoing it...... Thank God the kid is recovering and back with his family.......... The GAY couple should be given the "eye-for-an-eye" sentence........ Only with 10 times the amperage and for 50 times as long as the video of theirs............ 

Those 2 can't have any value to the world...... Dispose of them before there is a fatality..........
