The worlds major Legal!! Macaw Breeders are in Singapore, it is worth spending a week to go down and have achat and look at the variety of young birds in their breeding stations, Their trade advertisements are usually in The Birdkeeper and Cagebirds and Avairy Magazines Nignoy

Try a shop behind the farmers market opposite Jatujuk markets in Bkk, they seem to have a lot of macaws, in fact I think there may be 2 shops there now, unless one just moved. They have all colours.

I don't know what you are wanting to pay but the weekend market area is least expensive and worth traveling to if you happen to be in BKK for something else. I too would love to find a Hyacynth but very rare and no idea of price. I have seen Blue and Gold for around B35k-40k and Scarlets for B150K and up.

Absolutely no problems a tall with customs, these are professional breeders and export birds all over the world, I will be in singapore later on in the year,visiting their facilities , will take afew photo,s and put them in tv. Nignoy
