Featured Replies

Hello I'm on a 90 day non-immigrant O Visa and I want a 1yr extension is it easy in Chiang Mia or Pattaya? And why which is let problems. Thanks fellows!

An extension of stay is normally applied for in the place where you are living !

On what basis will you be making application and are you aware of, especially,  the financial requirements?

I have read that people are to going to Laos or Chiang Mia.   Yes I am aware I have a monthly income 76,000 baht I have my non-immigrant O visa now for medical reason I will be leaving America 8-14-17. I just want to make sure I have all my i's doted and t's cross. Is the process easy and what all do I need? Thanks!

From what I read its way easier to deal with Pattaya immigration than Chiang Mai, but in any case I will move this topic to the visa forum.

Those people are going out of the country to get a non-o visa that you apparently already have.

No problem to do the extension in Chiang Mai.
