Hi,  I have looked several places and I find something confusing answers.  Can anyone here help me a bit. 

 

I have a baby boy with a Filipino.  She is working here as a teacher with work permit on a nonB visa.  She has been here several years. 

I am here as a tourist,  so that is clear. 

We will on Sunday go to Penang to get him a dependency visa to her,  so he does not have to stay here on overstay.  What are the requirements and has anyone done this?  If I deposit 100k in my girls account is that enough if they want to see money?  She has her own salary and this will not be tied up with me.  We have a Thai birth certificate and a Filipino passport for him.  The Norwegian one will come later so no need to stress that. 

Just a simple list,  what do we need to bring with us ....

You will need his birth certificate plus a copy, copies of his mother's passport photo page and extension of stay stamp.

Financial proof will not be needed.
