I have a multiple-entry tourist visa that requires me to leave Thailand every 60 days. I'm in Chiang Mai and my requirement Is due soon. Is there a valid visa checkpoint at Mae On Son? I'd like to go for a ride and see that area and hopefully be able to cross the border into Myanmar for a night, then get restamped on re-entry. 

The is no crossing in Mae Hong  Son you can use.

The nearest crossings to Chiang Mai is the crossing at Mae Sai to Myanmar or the Chiang Khong crossing to Laos.
