webfact Posted August 16, 2017 Share Posted August 16, 2017 Transport assures no bus fare rise in 2 years By Thai PBS BANGKOK: -- The Department of Land Transport (DLT) has assured that city bus fare will not be allowed to rise during its two-year bus service reform. However, train, Saen Sab and Chao Phraya boat services fares will rise due to increasing oil price. DLT director-general Sanit Promwong said transport authorities are scrutinising appropriate bus fares for each bus route to find a conclusion under its total bus service reform.
